Toddlers tend to rule the roost. As a result, bedtime and naps can be extremely challenging at this age. And if your child still is not sleeping by the time they’re school age, it is not likely to get better without help. Thankfully, it’s never too late! With education and routine, we will develop healthy, independent sleep habits. As a team, we will address the sleep issues and create a comprehensive sleep plan that will get the whole family excited about bedtime!

Bedtime Voxer Support

If bedtime is your biggest concern and you’re nervous about getting off on the wrong foot, I’m here to help. On the first night of your new sleep plan, you’ll have access to me via Voxer from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Voxer is a free app that combines text, voice, video and photo messaging for the most personalized experience during bedtime. I will walk you through your personalized sleep plan and offer words of encouragement, answer questions, and provide real-time support, as you begin your new sleep plan.

Bedtime Voxer Support for two nights

If you’re looking to extend Bedtime Support for one more night, I offer a slight discount for adding night two to your sleep package; making this the most customizable experience.

Half-Night Voxer Support

Worried that you won’t be able to do it alone? I don’t blame you! Night time waking’s are scary and intimidating. Through Voxer, I will offer additional support so that we are guaranteed success. In addition to completing the bedtime routine together, we’ll have a post-bedtime debriefing where we discuss your thoughts and concerns in more depth. Moreover, I’ll share my opinion and offer pointers for future success. I will stay available until 11:30 pm so that we handle the beginning of the night together.

Why is working with Holly different than buying a DIY plan or sleep book?

Individualized support! The greatest part of working with a sleep consultant is that we work with you, your baby, and your family’s specific sleep needs and schedule. Other programs provide broad generalizations about age-appropriate sleep. In addition, they fail to provide specific instructions when troubles arise.

While working with me, Holly Bollinger, I provide real-time, 1:1 support, where I guide you through the 2-3-week program. You will have me in your back pocket to celebrate sleep successes, troubleshoot, and solve your specific sleep needs.

Is your program a version of CIO?

No. Cry-It-Out suggests putting your child to bed, walking away, and letting them scream until they fall asleep. Not only is this method uncomfortable, but it's also completely unnecessary.

Instead, I believe you can stay with your child, listen, and respond to their needs as they gradually learn to fall asleep independently. This approach allows you to bring warmth, closeness, and maintain a steady connection with your child.

While working with me, Holly Bollinger, I provide real-time, 1:1 support, where I guide you through the 2-3-week program. You will have me in your back pocket to celebrate sleep successes, troubleshoot, and solve your specific sleep needs.

Can I sleep train if my baby is still feeding at night?

Yes! Independent sleep skills are absolutely possible, even if a baby is still having a night feed or two. But, many babies naturally drop night feeds once they learn to connect sleep cycles and develop a consistent strategy for sleep. This is a win-win!

How long is your program?

Sleep development and changes take time. Many of my clients are sleeping through the night within the first few days! However, each child’s sleep needs vary and your child’s circadian rhythm takes time to normalize. Therefore, my program is two to three weeks. This allows us time to gather data, practice independent sleep skills, and create a predictable approach to sleep for your child.

As a sleep consultant, I provide education and information about independent sleep skills for all ages. Some parents are eager for sleep education prior to baby’s arrival. For others, sleep challenges don’t arise until later in their parenting journey. The most important thing is, children are ready to learn independent sleep skills when parents are motivated to change their current sleep situation

When should you start sleep training your child and is it ever too late?

The great news is it’s never too late to teach your child independent sleep skills! Children have a biological need and desire to sleep. As a result, my customized program works at any age. Most importantly, sleep training is right when parents are ready to have an independent sleeper.

As a sleep consultant, I provide education and information about independent sleep skills for all ages. Some parents are eager for sleep education prior to baby’s arrival. For others, sleep challenges don’t arise until later in their parenting journey. The most important thing is, children are ready to learn independent sleep skills when parents are motivated to change their current sleep situation

What if I have multiples?

I love multiples! Honestly, it’s a little more work, but 100% doable. This is why working with a sleep consultant is so valuable. I will create an individual plan that makes sleep changes possible, even with multiples

Can I sleep train with a sibling in the house?

Yes! Each plan is customized. Together, we will create a plan which helps your child develop independent sleep skills, while still reflecting on everyone’s need for healthy, consolidated sleep
